Free Lurpak brownie tin with 2 packs of butter £3 in Asda

Sorry if this has already been posted.

The lady in the shop said it was an Asda exclusive -

2 packs of butter and brownie tin with recipe card for £3.

Its a similar but bigger version of the loaf tin they did a while back if you remember that. Its a lovely non-stick tin with 'Lurpak' embossed, will be good for many uses and not just brownies!

Yes its in all stores apparently. They had loads in Watford but this is a bigger store. I saw a few people buying them so I wouldn't hang around.

Just had a look on the Asda website but it doesn't seem to be available for home delivery on there unfortunately. I did see that the packs of 250g Lurpack are normally £1.60 each so this isn't a bad deal at all.

I've got the loaf tin and it's the best one I've ever had! Will have to get the brownie tin! Thanks OP!

Asked in our local about the brownie tins and was collared for a good 5-10 minutes to be told they don't often have the lurpak offers and that he was in charge of putting them out and he hasn't seen them so they don't stock them, but if i was willing to travel 45 minutes to the next nearest store they would have them. Not sure why he kept repeating himself, but I think he felt he had a point to make, he said I don't think you understand bless him

Five minutes later he came up with a tin and said it must have only been put out last night as he had not seen them before, I kindly thanked him and dashed before he kept me another 10.

They tins look really good, but I get the awful feeling that the Mr will use them to do roast potatoes or the like

no money saving voucher in this pack,unlike with the loaf tins, but there are two recipes.
They weren't with the other butters in my ASDA but on an end display - I had to point them out to 3 different members of staff who wanted some themselves

I had a similar experience to savvybunny - trailed all the way to my 'local' Asda (a 30 minute bus ride) only to find that they didn't have them and had never heard of them.

Picked some up in Watford today. The butter is long-dated, till sometime in August.
