Reliable collections please help

i wrote to reliable months ago asking for a correctly signed by myself credit agreement as they sent one which was scanned from my new address thus seeming to me that they havent got one - they keep sending me statements but have failed to supply true copy they have sent me yet another statement charging me for 2 lots of letter 12 each communication sent tome and also a credit charge of 18.12.

when my arguement started with them my debt was £613. now it is 679.17.

surely they can not do this and i have requested 3 times a true copy of my signed credit agreement and a full breakdown of statement as since the account being frozen in 2006 they have charged me 12 admin charges

I need tio fight this to get it sorted they shouldnt be allowed to get away with this.

I have wrote to the odbudsman but to no reply.

my debt after the post andpackage charges 2.99 per item is 2005 which should have been free and the admin charges which amount to 300.00 my actually debt is like 218 or something they want triple that its going to take me forever, they just dont seem to be listening,

the last letter i sent 10th may with this reply

I request for true signed copy under section 　of act 1974, as this is unenforceable until they send a true to life copy of agreemtn and letter sent to fsa regarding fraudulent signed agreement. Given 12 days (22 to hear something) if nothing then unenforceable

letter today being really arsey and more monies added to my account yet no true signed copy..

please can any one help with the next step??
