Credit Agreement
Options
Hi all,
During my financial clear and sort out, i came across a couple of small loans companies on my credit file which i do not recall ever having dealt with let alone agreeing to a loan. If i get the original credit agreement sent to me, what should i look out for to find out wether it is genuine or not. Obviously i know if my signature is on it then fair do's, however i don't know where i would stand with online applications and such. Any help would be greatly apprecated.
Many Thanks

You either had them or not....you should be able to remember what you borrowed. If those are not yours at all, then you should contact Experian or equifax to query it...0

A while ago I checked my credit report and had a credit card on there, for someone with the same name and DOB as me, but they lived in coventry.
Was really weird.
Contacted the agencies and they sorted it. They couldn't explain how it happened thoughFrom £8,800 to £2,200 in 2 years.
Nearly there, just the 0% credit card to go!0 -
I will be querying it, however i have quite a bad history and i cant tell one creditor from another. Im just afraid that after my breakup that my ex partner took out debts in my name. She did it twice however i am unabable to prove otherwise, even though i had no signature on them, because they were taken out online, they didn't need one.0
