    Really?

    That would make it, efficiently, illegal for parents to borrow money for their (adult) children.

    Amigo Loans make it extremely clear what the deal is. Have you looked at their website? I find it difficult to appreciate how either party could misunderstand what they're letting themselves in for.

    And, of course, there is the wider question of whether society should create an endless number of laws to dictate how we, the people, lead our lives.
