Mortgage lender credit checks

Hi. I've paid off my credit card and updated all my cards to my current address. Experian/equifax are still showing the Old stuff and I guess won't update until the monthly update? If I were to apply for a mortgage now would the lender still see the old information or would they contact the credit lenders for up to date info? Cheers

They look at your report as it is I would imagine?

Cheers. What I am getting at is at the credit check stage, do they just look at experien etc? And are credit checks usually done before an AIP?

Yes they are.

You have 2 options, wait and do it next month or you can do it now and then send proof (statements) showing that the balance has been cleared.
