selling homemade chocs on ebay

hi all

sorry if I'm getting anything wrong, this is my first thread and I'm a little nervous to be honest :-)

iv had a good look through and cant seem to find anything that answers my questions.

my partner is a chef and has been teaching me how to make home-made truffles and I was thinking about making them to sell on eBay. I have a panic disorder so going out the house isn't really an option so I thought this would be a perfect way to contribute a little to our household.

is there anything I need to know in terms of regulations e.c.t?

if anybody has any other ideas I would be very grateful, I'm a bit of a 'have a go' kind of person.

you must inform your local enrivromental officers and they will want to inspect your kitchen and might even suggest you do some form of hygeine cert, also check out trading standards they are really helpful regards labelling ect.

thankyou for the advice, im still in the thinking process at the moment so im trying to get all the information i can and then see if it will be worth it to make a start

There are a few threads over on the ebay board about setting up an ebay business too. Good luck with it all! I'd just eat all the stock if it were me! )
