Has anyone's order for this been processed yet??

Ordered mine a few minutes after this thread was posted on 08/03 (when they were still "in stock") and in my account page it still just says "order taken"

From what i remember from previous purchases play were usually a lot faster than this at processing orders, so i hope there is no problem with it

im not happy

mine has been sat there saying "order taken" since the 8th, and just phoned them up to see what the hell had happened to it and he said "oh there were some problems with that item and i dont think we will ever be getting anymore in", despite the fact that it said "in stock" when i ordered

f*cking useles customer services, not an email or a phonecall to say i wouldnt be getting it

i wont be ordering from them again, useless bunch of tw*ts

Mine said the same as yours I ordered on the 8th March money taken from my account on the 9th said despatched on 10th March now showed as awaiting stock, I have just checked my account and now it says awaiting stock phoned them they have stated that they are no longer selling the item and that they will issue a refund I said that they are still showing the item on their website, I also said that if they didnt have the item then they should not have taken the monies from my account, the irish person in the call centre (named Anthony) was very abrupt and said that he would refund the money and that should be goopd enough explaining that Play.com take the money 1st then look to see if they have the item and that it would take about 3-5 days for the money to reach my account. Play. com are nothing but trouble out of 10 orders I have placed I have had 6 cancelled:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
