Check your credit files a little while after the DRO has finished to make sure that:
- Any debt on your files covered by the DRO has been marked as defaulted with the default date on or before the start of your DRO.
- That they are marked as satisfied or partially satisfied.
If they are not, then you need to start making complaints.
Basically, you follow much the same procedure as is this link.
----> Credit Reference File Clean Up Post Bankruptcy
The principles on correcting the files are the same.
Except that you need to modify the letter to suit a DRO.
For example like the one here ---> https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/44051186#Comment_44051186Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
