BT Bills - Advantis, SRJ and Mackenzie Hall

Hi All,
I was hoping to get some advice/direction or support on an issue that has been hassling me now for several months.
In early Nov 11 I started receiving letters demanding payment to Advantis credit on behalf of the Bt Group PLC (a common issue that others have posted about on here). Naievely I spoke to the company to find out some more and call their bluff. As it happened, they didnt have any factual information and I followed the protocool that others followed (demand a statement of account from BT through Advantis, send a letter advising them that their enquiries are harrassment etc). After a while, the letters and emails stopped as they realised that I have no debt, no bills outstanding and nothing to pay.
A few months after this the same thing happened with 'SRJPAY', who sent letters, emails etc etc. Again, I ignored these as I have no debt and the alleged debt cant be substantiated. They eventually stopped.
Over the last 2 weeks I have now started to receive letters and emails from 'Mackenzie Hall' threating similiar action to the others.
Has anyone experienced similiar problems and what would be the next step? I plan to go to OFCOM and report the issues as this is well beyond harrassment and I also believe that any alleged bill of statement of account still needs to come from BT.
Is there any other avenue to follow and do I need to be worried about debt collectors coming to the door? I dont want to open communication with Mackenzie Hall as I know that all you get is hassle.
Any thoughts, experiences or advice is VERY gratefully appreciated!!!!
