CCCS put plan on hold

I can understand why you went into the business of your selling your property and the arrangement with everything in your daughters name: where you live have you got a rent book, or some document say that you can stay there rent free, it sort feature you are a tenant not an owner.. so do you pay council tax and rent and all bills to the property.. You can get the house back in your name by putting your name on the deeds, which l do not think that an option. You must safe guard your interests, if God forbid, a falling out with family.. You can be homeless..as the house is tech your daughters, which can be sold again.. You can try Pay-plan see if they will take you on. I would from the outset Paid all debts.. first.. We do things, which may seem a good idea. hope things go alright with you l am so sorry about the passing of your wife... and the family good luck0

Will have to have been a gift to the daughter to be acceptable to the lender - may be worth trying to enter into a declaration of trust for the beneficial interest. However so far as CCCS is concerned you could have paid the monies but didn't which is why they will not be happy.0

Sounds like the op has pulled one over on them, I wouldnt be happy just hope they dont search l/reg archives. Sounds to me like insolvency is on the way, is the reason for the house in another nameDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

The other thing to remember of course is that although he gifted the amount left over - it was used to provide him with somewhere to live and wouldn't have been available if he hadn't sadly lost his wife and sold up.
I suggest OP that you go the remainder of the DMP yourself and not disclose to the creditors that you have used your money to rehouse yourself.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0 -
hi i think you should go it alone with the DMP I contacted CCCS and after talking to them they said that they would not be able to help because my DMP would take too long I was so upset when they said that i cried for days thinking i could not do it on my own but then i was advised to talk to natiional debtline about CASHFLOW which is a tool to help you set up your own DMP its great and i have to say that I feel very good now about doing the DMP myself, and if i have any problems or questions national debtline are always there to help and advise and so is this forum.
Try it on your own it actually feels good to know you have some control over whats happening and talk to national debtline about using CASHFLOW its worth looking into even if you dont end up using it.
