Endowment Sold

Sold the endowment due to very poor performance. Question is, can i now claim as mi-sold???

depends on how long ago you sold it (as you may be time barred) and when it was sold to you (as it may be pre-regulation).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Cheers for that. took out endowment in june 1994, sold it in jan 2007 as it was really under performing at an alarming rate. ?? so can i claim as mis- sold then??0
