Advice needed

Evening all,
Here's the problem,
Three years ago my partner and I separated and our existing property was let (without consent I must add, we were in dire need).
I now looking into taking over the existing mortgage and unsecured loan which is roughly the value of the house with my new partner.
What is the best way of doing this?
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

You want advice.....tell your lender that the property has been let out for 3 years and you wish them to backdate to a rate of 7% and you'll make a cash lump sum to bring the account up to date. Next.0
