New/re mortgage after bankruptcy

Hi folks
Im looking at possibly moving and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience and tips for getting a new/re mortgage after bankruptcy?
I went bust in July 2010 and may have a new job on the horizon which may mean the moving of house. I already have a mortgage but I'm looking at either renting my property due to the market and buying another in the new area.
Anyone had any experience of this?
