                    Hi there,
Does anyone know a mortage comparison site where you can sort by arrangement fee ?
I usually use money.co.uk but you cant search on the arrangement fee.
Or does anyone know the best mortgage provider with low arrangement fees ? I'm looking to borrow about 140k 75% LTV.
Thanks

so even if faced with a 5% rate with no fees, or a 2% rate with £500 fees, you'd still go with the no fee option?
There's more to a mortgage than the fees
Plus, most of the fees can be put on your mortgage, if you don't have the cash immediately.0 -
It is a slightly naive way to look at things.
Typically a logical approach would be to assess the cost over the total period of the product. For example a 2 year fixed would cost x in monthly payments * 24 + arrangement/product fee + mortgage discharge/account fee
