Is Pop Up window "Reimage Reminder" a virus or is it safe?

As far as I know my computer is protected from all the usual threats. Recently a pop up window has appeared entitled "Reimage Reminder" about the efficiency of my computer.

I have never clicked on it and I am concerned in case, despite my computer protection being up to date, this is a virus or something unsafe.

I'll be grateful for any information or your comments, please.

Thank you for your reply, waddler_8. Before your reply I would have said that I did not have reimage installed as I know it is nothing I remember installing and I'm sure I did not pay for it at any time.

I checked and initially could not find it then I checked under 'Programmes.' It is there as 'Reimage Repair' with a drop down from it to Run in safe mode, Uninstall or Website.

Should I be uninstalling it? Thank you for your help.

Uninstall it if you haven't paid for it nor want it. I'm not a big fan of these types of programs anyway.
