Advice on charges please

Morning all,
I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice please?
I had a Bank of Scotland credit card that I defaulted payments on. Bank of Scotland obtained a ccj, followed by an attachment of earnings order.
The attachment of earnings order states "the defendants employer must deduct £250 per month from the defendants earnings until £11,589.28 has been paid"
I have now paid this, but Bank of Scotland want another £750 in fees for obtaining the ccj and order. Are they right in requesting this, or should it have been included in the order?

Did they ask for costs in the hearing? It may be they were granted costs separately to the order for debt repayment. Or equally the £750 is actually already included in the AoE order?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I didn't attend the hearing so i've no idea i'm afraid.
All I have is a copy of the attachment of earnings order stating my employer should deduct £250 per month until £11,589.28 has been paid. But now bank of scotland are asking for another £750. I have sent a letter to them stating I have paid the £11,589.28 as ordered, but they have sent a very brief letter just saying you also owe £750 in fees for obtaining the ccj and attachement of earnings order.0
