Hi. Your recipes sound so delicious. I know butter chicken is a very western type dish but do you have a recipe along the same lines. My kids absolutely adore it and id love to be able to make something similar xxx

That's one I don't cook, apologies, but Murgh Makhani (buttery chicken) is a classic north Indian comfort food - I found this which might be something like what you're looking for:http://www.cookingandme.com/2013/03/butter-chicken-masala-recipe-indian.html for a good taste try to get hold of some ghee or unsalted butter for cooking it
