Firstly I was involved n a car accident and am due some compensation what is the score with what happens to the money if I receive it post and prior to me completing my bankruptcy
Secondly I have a car on hire purchase but the agreement is in my mothers name. I make the payments from my account. According to the law who owns the car?

If you go bankrupt I doubt you'd be able to include the payments for it in your SOA, I don't know for sure but i'm sure i read if the car is not registered in your name you can't claim the expenses for it, petrol, maintenance etc etc.0

accident compensation...your allowed to keep pain/suffering if you work & had any days off sick paid with this accident the receiver will claim that back
the car? if you have all the paperwork to say mum bought the car then it should be fine..being the registered keeper dont always mean you bought the car as well...Friends help you move. Real friends help you move bodies.
