Wowcher Code for 3D TV - Not Valid

I have purchased a Wowcher Code from Wowcher for a 3D TV and when i follow instructions and put in code on the suppliers page wmasters it comes up invalid, Wowcher will take nothing to do with this and when i try and contact wmasters directly i have no reply and no reply from e-mails either. Also i cant even leave message on answer phone as coming up mail box full! What should i do?
