cueerent mortgage rate is 8.99 with spml, owe 39000 payments are 347 per month, could anyone tell me what the payments would be interest only? thanks forgot to say benn with them for 3 1/2 years do i just ring them to ask them toi change to interest only or do i have to take out a new mortgage with them??
