I appear to have been caught out by this company too. I started a pension claim with them in Dec last year. I received the paperwork and sent it back but as of yet have heard nothing. I tried to ring ther number supplied but its not recognised. What do i do now?
Chances are you were not mis-sold (failure rate was only around 1.5%). So, unless you have paid any money up front, I wouldnt worry about it.

Yes. Do a section 75 reclaim. Services not provided by the company.
Here is a link to the site that shows their authorisation suspended.

Their business model is doomed for failure. If you take £495 up front on an area that only has around 1.5% chance of success then when it comes to paying back the £495 on the 98.5% of cases then the business is going to collapse. This is what has happened with a number of claims companies focusing on areas with low chances of success. The biggest name, Cartel, took around £30 million up front before they collapsed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
