TSB letters

I have DMP with CCCS since November 2011
This month, I have received 4 letters from TSB in the space of 6 days, saying they may be forced to take legal action if they do not receive a payment within 14 days
surely this is bordering on harassment? Part of the lending code states they should be sympathetic. they are anything but!!!
Should I send them a letter to ask them to stop?
since entering DMP, I have not missed payments and I have paid as much as was agreed when it started
I have also had a letter from SCM Solicitors (TSB) asking for payment. been in touch with CCCS and they are transferring my debt from TSB to SCM.

I think that they are trying to get additional payments: It maybe because they passing the debt on to debt collections service.. you can write to them if you give them any money its not fair on your other creditors (if you are in debt to other creditors). It because Dmps are usually rely on creditors agreeing to the dmps.. It ensures that one day they will get their money fairly..As you are making payments on a pro-rata basis.
Make sure you tell them that you have paid what is agreed, not missing any payments etc.. think this may help but other people may have more knowledge good luck0
