Need a good builder - East Belfast

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone cpuld recommend a good builder who will
a) actually come out and give a quote
b) actually come and do the job.
I need back and front porches insulated and a vent put in the back bedroom. All this is required because we have very bad condensation in front/back porch and bedroom.
Got a quote in March but builder then said he was too busy.
