Getting More Information?? Pls Help!

Hi

I'm currently trying to get out of my DMP through Immediate Financial :(

They will not tell me how much of my money they're holding and have been less than forthcoming with information relating to who actually ownes my debts and how much money they've paid out on my behalf.

Frankly, they won't tell me anything that I need to know and haven't put anything in writing either.

I need to get this information from them and just wondered if anyone knows how I can force them to disclose all the info that they are holding on me.

Does an SAR apply in this situation or is there another letter I should send to get the information I need?

Thanks.
