a bit confusing as T&Cs say anyone can enter but you have to be a fan on FB to be eligible to win:
1. ELIGIBILITY
Entrant must be eighteen (16) or older at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 16 may submit an entry to “Simply Boss Black Watch” Giveaway, but only fans of the Tessuti & Simply Boss Facebook Fan Page are eligible to win the prize (defined in Section 8 below).

The way they worded it in T&C anyone can enter, but if you're not a fan on FB you can't win :eek: Just sent them a message to find out.
And here's what they replied:
