Made My First Ever Payplan Payment!

Options
I feel like this is a great big step and I just wanted to know how many people use Payplan and what they think of them.

My payment hasn't cleared yet (apparently it could take up to 4 days) but I'm just wondering whther this is now enough input from me for al my banks to recieve the necessary paperwork and such to keep them from calling me. They have been doing so, despite me explaining my situation, every day for about three weeks.

payplan should sort everything for you, thats what the debt managment plan is :) aslong as you keep paying it they will keep the bank's (Creditors) away... it may take 1 or 2 months for the phoen calls to stop, but when they do phone give them your refrence for payplan and send em that way :)

    Debt-free and Proud!
we been with pay-plan since 2003, they are very good, the only thing when we could pay our payment through pay-point, it got to their bank with a couple of days, now its best part of a week; because of their ending with pay-point people.. so make sure of paying it about week before the date is due to pay your creditors by pay-plan. with luck we finishing our dmp by September or October, good luck on your journey with pay-plan

Cleared debts through Payplan, in my experience it will take a while for all the creditors to end the calls.

    Good luck.

I have been with Payplan for over two years now. The best thing I ever did, and I have money in the bank now, not a lot but more than I have ever had before!!

I have made 77 payments, only 7 to go !.

Payplan are excellent and recommend them.
  • I've been with Payplan now for about 2 and half years. It was the best move I ever made. Not only am I on my way to clearing my debt but I'm not jumping each time the phone rings and my stress levels have gone down.
  • I am in the final 3 months of a 5 year plan with Payplan and have paid back about £28000 - it has been a long hard slog, I've not had a great deal of disposable income, I'd be lying if I said it had been easy. But, I've nearly done it! I'm so very nearly completely debt free and it has been completely worth it. Payplan have always been supportive and easy to talk to, they took all the horrible calls and letters and let me get on with living my life (and paying off my debt). I can't praise them enough!
  • There seem to be a lot of mixed messages about PayPlan...some good, some really awful!! I've literally just put the phone down from them, and I am now waiting for a call back from them....hopefully they will tell me they can help me, and it will get sorted, and maybe, hopefully, I will be able to start living my life again!

My payments leave my bank account on the 2nd of each month (Bank Holidays & weekends excepted) and usually show as a payment on my Payplan account by the 10th (at the latest).

    I pay by direct debit.
