There is no tweet to RT. You need to send a new tweet of “Follow @penaltyfare and RT this message for your chance to win the new Apple iPad #pfasipad”
A slight misunderstanding on their part about how Twitter works.

I did that, but edited it slightly to make it a bit more original and added the hash tag #pfasipad
