Won a Prize - Collection Dilemma!

I've won a prize with Whats On Bristol, a ladies top, but in their winners email it's asking me to ring their office during the week to arrange collection.
Can't seem to find any mention of a collection only 'clause' in the general terms & conditions so a bit stumped as it's some 65 miles from me and somewhere I generally don't travel to.
Any suggestions? It's a probably a nice enough top but 130 mile round trip?!

I'd maybe ring their office and ask If they can possibly send it to you.
Good Luck.0 -
Oooh, well done!
Perhaps it'd be worth ringing /emaiiling back and saying that you did read the T&Cs as you're not local, but didn't notice anything about collection?
As a last resort, how about offering to pay postage if it's a top you'd like?
Good luck

What a shame. I'm wondering, would it be against the rules for someone else here to collect for you? If you posted where in Bristol it was, it might be near to one of us. If it was near me, I would be happy to collect and post it - but it isn't, so I can't. You could offer to repay the postage.
Anyway, congrats for a win. With comping, it's better to have won and then lost, than not won at all - don't you think? :cool:I am brave, I am bruised
