No Hex.. it pee's me off too.. and OH gets all huffy when I ask him to do things so I flounce 'fine, I'll just do that myself too like everything else!'

and when you spend ages cleaning/tidying and they mess it up instantly.. I could beat them to death with my mop

You would get away with justifiable homicide if you had a flylady jury.

DW filled and on again. I suppose I had best make myself a coffee.

Hex - they are a type of comfry I think, hate them too, removing loads from my Rabbi's garden (less painful when you're being paid for it). I wear my best ever gardening gloves for the job - you need some, I'll find you a link. I don't allow them to grow past large seedlings in my garden. Are you Premenstral too? Not like you to let the family get to you hun xx

I need to do some stuff on here, having a Beverley Craven HH.

It might indeed be comfrey which is good for the compost heap supposedly.

AF doesn't visit here, hasn't for years - the joy of the right mini pill :p Probably lack of sleep yet again.

Didn't get as much done in the garden as I'd hoped as it is FREEZING out there. However, I did clear a bit more ground and replant some self-seeded poppies and aquilegias. Also cut down some ground elder and did the edges at the back before mowing just the bit of the bank lawn that has grown long. Front can't be done as it has had weedkiller on it so has to wait.

I now smell of lawnmower fumes, so think it is probably time for a bath before supper (last of the asparagus my dad brought down with anything in the fridge that will go off by Friday... could be interesting!). Then I'll have to pack as I have to leave at 6am tomorrow :(

Still, it's my last trip till September, and I have two weeks holiday coming up straight after it as well...

I have a teasel. Yes, I know everybody else gets them for free, but we don't have that much in the way of wild stuff round here. It's going in the back of the compost heap for when he tries to get onto my shed.

Also have a tumbling tom, insurance in case my seeds don't grow quickly enough to form strong little plants - I'm evicting 2 strawberries to put it into a hanging basket out the back - and some sweetpeas. Again, that's because it's been so cold that precious little temperature dependent plants have grown yet - I saw a Narcissus open yesterday!

Came back and CBA to bake any bread, so flattened the dough in the fridge and stuck it in the frying pan under a lid. Very nice flatbread resulted for lunch!

Off out later for rehearsal thingummiwotsit - and to tell the boss that their doorman left me dateless yesterday, as he refused the chap entry to the venue - and broke the rules by refusing to give him his badge number.

Oddly enough that has been done on this thread some years ago (2008!), with various people camera watching.

Takes me back, mudbath and a squirrel costume :rotfl::rotfl:
