eclined for Santander account cashback - yet family members are A-ok..?!

So the entire family took advantage of the £33.66 offer on the Everyday Current Account back in January.

TCB seem to be slower to pay up than Quidco & an estimated date of 30 June was set.

I check in on my account today & the amount has dropped to £0.00. The same applies to my sister.

However, my mother, my brother & my gf all remain at £33.66.

None of us have done anything different with the account to any of the others. If one of us is not eligible, then none of us should be.

Just doesn't make sense. Not happy with the TCB experience so far. Slow to pay up & then cashback gets declined. I know Quidco don't pay as much & take £5 off you each year, but i've not had such issue with them in 2 years.
