HELP....
Trying to help my step daughter sort out her account with Littlewoods. LONG STORY but spoke to them on the 27th April and made a payment of good will as trying to stop her form going BR and they are the biggest problem.. I have emailed them at the online customer services but no one will contact her by email and they keep just sending auto repleys expcept for one where they asked her to call, reliwed saying need the email addressing but stil nothing.
By paying the money on the 27th I was told she would be fine till the next month even though she has debt on the monthly payment but saved her £188 of intrest on the buy now pay later stuff.... what a night mare.....
Checked her credit history and they have up'd her account 5 times last year its outradious...
Just had letters droped off from Littlewoods for the month account along with ARREARS COLLECTON DEPT. letter from Chelmsford in RED and anoth from Shop direct in Bootle with default payments.
Problem is the 2 letters above have no emails and not sure that the Chelsmford office has been made aware of the emails and whats been happening...
Can any one on this great site help me? If so please advise as my BR was easier to deal with then this..
Thanks to you all :T

I think you should write to them and send the letter recorded delivery, then you know they are receiving it.Total Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100
