Today's Mail on Sunday page 11 half price cooked breakfast before 12 noon and half price main meals after 3 valid 27th March to 3rd April.

Just looked at the t&c's for the 50% off voucher. It says valid until December 2004!

My local carparks have a buy one get one free offer on the back of the ticket, needs to be one that you don't put the ticket in the machine at the barrier as you end up with no ticket lol, check out the local pay n display, not sure if this is just a regional promo or not.
