Secured Loan

just wondering if anyone has any advice, we took out a secured loan to consolidate. We have recently applied to FSCS about the PPI we were forced to take out, which we should hear back about in the next couple of weeks.
When we took the loan out someone was supposed to come and value the house. Only to not come out and ask me about the house over the phone and then value it.
Should i write the company to complain or is it too late. Only really thought something might be wrong when going through paperwork for PPI.

That some halfwit holding a clipboard didn't nosey around your house?

Driveby valuations have been done for years.
If you want to know roughly how much a house is worth, see how much others in the same street were sold for. You don't have to barge in and root through the loft.

Or do you think there may be a chance the whole loan can be written off???

i am not bothered about how much house is worth.
well i was not sure if there was a chance that some maybe paid off.

dont need advice on PPI as just waiting on FSCS to do their calculations.
No Gun just if we did not take PPI we would not get loan.
