Removing mould from clothing?

Options
Hey everyone

Just wondering whether anyone has any tips on how to remove black mould spots from clothing? They're coloured cottons/mixed.

They've been through the wash more than twice now, and it's still there. In fact, I don't think there's been any improvement at all from going through the wash :( I also put some Oxy stuff in with the powder, and that hasn't worked either. Neither has being left out on the line in full Aussie sunshine (I'm not sure why I thought that would work, mind!).

I really don't want to chuck them out, even though none of it is expensive!

Thanks very much, in advance

Ammonia is also good for killing mould and sometimes removing it while being safe for most fabrics, so I would try soaking in a solution with that for a few hours before washing.
