I didn't think we were allowed to post codes, but as I said in the original post, it was (and still is) on their home page (also as above, thanks SailorSam)

I sent a message via the website explaining why I hadn't bought.

I got an e-mail answer and then a phone call. Both said they had website problems, and the lady offered to take the £4.95 there and then, which she did.

Problem solved, and full marks for sorting the problem quickly.

I just plant a few from the hamster food - much cheaper and a great display each year
