Can I add Tracking to a Freepost Item?

As it says really!
I am sending about 80 dvds to CEX and using their Freepost address but wonder if I can just pay to add Tracking or whether I'd need to pay about £50 to post it?

You can definitely add Recorded but not sure about the other insured service. It used to be a flat fee and you could add it to exisitng freepost but now it's an inclusive price within the postage weight bands so don't know if they can calculate seperately. Would be interested in the answer to this if anybody knows..
