reclaiming stolen money from barclays bank

Is anyone aware of any no win no fee solicitors that can give advice for my partner who had money taken out of his account by his ex, she stole money out of his account with cheques signing in his name fraudulently we got the police involve and got a crime ref no which was persued and she was charged with fraud, we attempted to claim via the bank as protocol and was knocked back so we went through the ombudsman who are impartial and advised us to try to get his money back by a solicitor. plz help:)
