Got my sandals today but I'm not overly impressed.

The pewter ones look more like a tacky gold colour so they're going straight back. And the snake ones are a very tight fit. The length & width are fine but the straps are very narrow. My feet are a bit swollen in the heat though so I'll wait until the morning then try them again. (I'm also about half-a-stone heavier than usual and weight usually comes off my feet first) Plus I have one overlapping little toe and it comes out between the straps (it won't squash in under the lowest strap) same problem I have with all strappy shoes. So I'm not too sure about those either.

After receiving my order, and finding that they were mostly very narrow - couldn't get the snake ones and the leather ones on at all - emailed CS to ask why they didn't state that they were narrow fitting. Got a rather curt reply that they weren't. I replied that I would now have to pay to return items which I thought could have been better described. No response, so I duly paid to return them, then had to chase them up for the correct refund. Very unimpressed!
