MEAF query

Hi, I'm just about to remortgage (end of this month) and have received my redemption statement from the Woolich which states an MEAF of £275. My original paperwork quotes £195, so my question is, should I wait until I have completed on my new mortgage and then try to claim or should I complain now and try to get the fee reduced?
Which do you think would be the easiest option?

You complain now & state that your agreement is for £195 as once you remortgage you are signing & agreeing to new terms & conditions, which include the new charge of £275
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
