Does anyone know where the code XXT963 came from. Used it and it went through on my account, but then was refused on delivery. Phoned them, but they said they need to know where it came from - help!something missing0

I was sent a page of coupons for weeks 1-6 in the post. The coupons could be used in-store or online. You could just tell them a friend gave you their sheet of coupons as they knew they wouldn't be able to meet the minimum spend. HTH.Does anyone know where the code XXT963 came from. I also used this voucher code and had it accepted online only to have it rejected on delivery. I called customer services who, after 15 mins of arguing about it eventually agreed to give me a £6 refund (but NOT £8). He was unable to tell me why it might not have worked - feel bit ripped off since the only reason I placed my order online was to get the £8 discount. Told him this but he didn't seem too bothered...0
