I also used this voucher code and had it accepted online only to have it rejected on delivery. I called customer services who, after 15 mins of arguing about it eventually agreed to give me a £6 refund (but NOT £8). He was unable to tell me why it might not have worked - feel bit ripped off since the only reason I placed my order online was to get the £8 discount. Told him this but he didn't seem too bothered...0
