I too had a voucher rejected AFTER delivery.

Went through okay, delivery date within expiry date but simply said on delivery invoice could not be used.

Methinks perhaps it was £9 off a £60 shop and because I had ciggies included @£20.95 (5pk) when deducted from £77 shop went under the £60 hence reason for rejection.

In my opinion, they should warn you on the site if voucher not valid.

Oh well, still saved £7.06 less the delivery charge £4.49 = £2.57 savings.

First post on this thread and before i get told no discussion just a quick point i am now on the phone arguing that this code £9 should not say working then at the time of delivery come through not working!

Not getting much joy and i am just waiting for a supervisor!! Actually not sure if i haven't been cut off or not is there usually music when they put you on hold???

After 24 minutues onthe phone with no joy and no explanation as to why its not worked but they say that i can use it again i now no longer shall be using Tesco online apprently it may be that my bil came in at £59.03 instead of £60.

So if i do now have to spend the full amount then add up bogofs, to then deduct and make my bill up again to the full amount then its not worth the hassle for me any morew and i won't be saving that much anyways so thats me done with online shopping!!!!

I did say that it may be an idea to employ a better software engineer to implement better systems to knock of the bogofs as we go.
