Hi, each code can only usually be used once per account, if you want to use it again you will need to open more accounts, in your partner/husbands name or your kids names or your dog/cat/fish names. Or you could use a variation of your own name. Probably best to use a different email address for each account if possible, also you can get a virtual clubcard for each account. I have just set up 2 new accounts in my kids names to get the most out of the codes. Hope this helps.:D

I got both of my food order and wine order in the same delivery today,although they charge twice. It causes my terrible headache by these two simple orders.

For food, the BOGOF all came without free ones, phoned the CS, said that I should put 2 into the basket,so it is my fault. Is this true?

For the Wine, I ordered two case of World OF Wine, £90 + Service charge £5, it has orginal £30 discount with it, I used £15 and £10 code, so on the day I place order online, the total charge is : £40. Today, the receipt shows £45, phoned CS, the man was very rude, said that I shouldn't use two coupons at once as it is clear stated in their online Term & Condition, then he said that the total should be £50, which means they will only take the £15 coupons off. When I said that if that is the case I would like to return the wine, the answer is : I have to contact the manager of the local store and I may have to return it to the store myself, because it is my own fault tried to use two coupons. :mad: How horrible this is !! Has anyone got experience like this before ?? It really annoys me now.

Hiya, XX-MXHP (long version 8Y73KPRBFZL3) is supposed to be £10 off £50 spend, but it has been giving £10 off £25 spend. Don't know if it still does, but I have had 2 deliveries of £25 worth of bogof's. Total less than £10 including del, 3rd one coming tomorrow:D

Yes, it was still working today, having my second delivery tomorrow great.:T
