I am new to Tesco shopping. I have a paper club card. I have done 2 small shops in my local Tesco. I have also registered my details, so I can do online shopping. I have phoned the help line and my shopping in store has been put onto my paper clubcard. ( I have 14 points !! wow) When I view my clubcard on line it is NOT the same number as my paper one ? Should I be bovered ! lol

I am thinking of phoning the help line on monday and asking about this. I allso can NOT see my items bought in the store as my favourites ?

As to me using the above codes !!!! I am well out of my depth !!! Am I trying to run before I can walk ?

You are probably best asking this question over in the other tesco's thread here (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=5291184&highlight=tesco#post5291184) as people may get angry with you here as it is a Codes only forum.

But as ive used a post to tell you that i may aswell try and help.
If i were you i would register for a new clubcard online because you will then get a new card & 2 key fobs. Then once the new card is registered and you have started collecting points on it contact tesco's customer service and ask them to transfer the points you have collected from your previous 2 shops (all 14 of them:rotfl: ) from your cardboard card (old account) to your new one. They should be able to do this for you and you will then have a proper card and 2 key fobs that you can collect points on from tesco's stores and online. Pretty soon the points will add up. Using the codes is fairly simple. When you get to the checkout on your first online shop there is a box on the right that says ecoupons just enter one of the codes from here and you should if the code is still valid get the discount or extra points. Only one code at a time can be used.

Hope this helps if you have any more questions post them in the Tesco discussion thread as you will get more response and people wont get angry at you for posting in the codes only thread:rotfl:
