Hi All,
I used XX-KPTV (£15 off £50) last night for a delivery delivered this morning. The code was accepted online but on my paperwork it showed that to 'a technical issue' it had been rejected.
But, after a quick ring to Tesco customer services it has been sorted out and I now have the £15 deducted.
Just thought I'd let you all know that if you ring them it can be resolved.

There are currently 3 active GROCERY CODES at present:

XX-9R7N £50 spend 500 points exp 06/05/07

XX-C7D4 £75 spend 1000 points exp 17/06/07

AND

XX-FD9H £50 spend 1000 points exp 16/05/07

HOWEVER the XX-FD9H is only valid for 1st time orders from Tesco.

The way of getting around this is as follows:

1. Create a new email address with your ISP (or use one that you currently dont use with Tesco).

2. Use this email address to set up an additional account with Tesco. When asked for your Clubcard Number, tick the box for a virtual number. This means a Clubcard Number will be allocated for use with this account but a card will not be sent to you.

3. Now you can use the code! You can use any credit card to pay - you dont have to use a different one that you other account(s).

In setting up an additional account it means you can use the code several times, for example 4 accounts would mean you could use the 3 codes for the 12 weeks shopping!!
