Previous loans
Santander paid me out for ppi in Jan 2012, but I then realised that I had 3 loans almost back to back.I have no information on the previous loans, but on contacting Santander for information I am told they only keep info on my last loan and go back up to 6 years only. I tried credit experian, again they only go back for 6 years. Is there any way I can get information on the previous 2 loans although they were 6 + years ago?

If you are not able to keep records of your own transactions, why should they?0
