Nationwide Mortgage Application

I put through the Mortgage application to Nationwide through an IFA on 3rd May, the Survey/Valuation was done yesterday, I just wondered how long Nationwide normally take to send out a mortgage offer once they have all the required information ? anyone had any recent experience of timings ?

Not that quick at the moment. 4-5 days I'd say.

    Hi

Mine took max 2 weeks - they asked for a work ref for my bf though. They texted us as soon as it was approved.

Recieved a text today saying this had been approved so total time from application through to offer was 7 working days, seems scarily quick !
