Hi Kyle,
I'm not sure about the oats as i've never used them.
But, as for the seeds i usually put in sunflower and sesame and double the quantity because i like it really seedy.
I suppose you could add any seeds you liked just experiment a bit.0 -
I add 3 Tbsp of oats to the standard White Bread recipe along with an extra 10ml of water. It works a treat and keeps the bread moister for longer. Also seeds work fine as well.0

I currently use linseed, poppy seed and mustard seed in my bread. I haven't changed the recipe just chuck a whole load in (have them all in a tub mixed up so i get a mixture of them all in one). I am wanted to get some sunflower seeds to add to the mix possibly tomorrow or next week.0

Hi, Kyle! I like to add seeds to a granary loaf (half granary flour, half white flour). I get mine from a health food shop, but Julian Graves have a good selection, and sometimes on BOGOF.
There are lots of recipes including oats here.

I have used sunflower, sesame, millet and pumpkin seeds. I either use them to top rolls (mix them up, dip the roll into milk then seeds) or I add them to bread.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
