Old Account (Settled) recent update by provider

Hi, I settled all my debts late 2007 and althought i still have a poor credit rating it is atleast going the right way.
I got my credit report again today (9 months since last time i checked it) and there is a "new" entry on it that was not present in september 2011.
the entry is for an Lloyds TSB credit card. The entry says defaulted and a current balance of £344. with an update added 06/11/2011 and default/delinquent balance of £343.
All my other accounts were settled (Not in full, payment negotiated) and show as closed as of 2007, so i am concerned that this old item firstly is new and secondly that it shouldnt exist anyway.
Link here for a screen shot of the specific entry.
NOTE: actually not able to post links
Thanks in advance for any info.

Need to know more regarding the entry and the circumstances.
- Is the debt yours?
- If yours, was this one that you settled?
- If yours, is the default date of 2007 correct?
The last updated date is irrelevant as that doesn't effect anything.
- Also, if correct in other regards, is this just a duplicate of another entry on your report?
Sometimes they get added when a debt collector buys up a debt, and adds a default in their own Name. Arrow Global, Lowells, Capquest as a few examples.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

problem is i cleared everything nearly 5 years ago, but the amount of 344 most certainly is not correct.
I have 6 debts at the time of settling, all of which were well over a grand. I did have a CC with tsb at the time and it was settled. As of february 2008 i did not have any outstanding credit agreements.
My credit report from september 2011 does not contain ANY entries relating to TSB or for anything close to this amount.0 -
You say you settled the LTSB account, but for less than the full amount?
Is it possible that this £343 represents the remainder?
Also, is it in the name of LTSB still or does it give the name of a debt collector?
Ultimately, if it is completely wrong then you need to dispute the entry.

foolishly i binned all the old settlement papers and old statements a few years after it was all cleared.
As far as the amount, i think it was probably around 2k owed and settled at 1200 to TSB.0
