Finger's crossed we complete our remortgage to Britannia tomorrow!
3.99% 5yr fix for 85%ltv, no fees (had to get a co-op current account to waive the fees). This particular deal was withdraw a few weeks ago.
They've been very helpful, as have their solicitors. Also, their lending criteria seemed very good to me - happy to lend me up to 4.25x even with my wife out of work (long term maternity leave) and 2 kids. YBS wouldn't come close to what I needed!0 -
Hi we have just completed a 5 year remortgage with the Co op 3.59% no fees and they where very good, took just over 4 weeks no long delays when you phone up very helpful and polite.They and Brittania are part of the same group. So i would have no problem in recommending them unlike others i could mention.0
