Will Ammended Order Track with QuidCo

Hi All,
I've recently taken TalkTalk broadband through QuidCo for £65 cash back. However, their internet service wasn't fully working so I have to ammend my order to pay off the line rental in one go tomorrow.
Because this is ammending my order, will QuidCo still track this correctly?
